Startup CEOs are so busy with outside tasks that they often lack the opportunity to connect with other leaders and learn from each other. With our events, we offert the opportunity to learn from each other, reflect and grow together. The events will be hosted by a startup or take place an event location and they have limited spots available.

Most startups face high pressure during their growth phase. With our leadership growth workshop, we support startup leaders and their teams not only to scale up their business, but also to scale sustainably as individuals along with their companies.

The Teamleader Leadership Program enables team leaders of startups to develop specific leadership skills and apply them directly in business. The participants are given the tools they need to become personally stable and strong leaders who act as role models in the team and drive the successful development of the company long-term.

We help our participants to build their entrepreneurial career - as a founder, co-founder, young leader or expert in an innovative company.
